Looking for a Fireplace.gg alternative? Try copying top Polymarket traders with Polyman
Fireplace.gg announced on 10 August 2026 that it was shutting down. If you used it to follow Polymarket markets and wallets, you may be looking for a new place to trade from. This page summarizes what was reported and explains what Polyman does, so you can decide whether it fits you.
What Fireplace was (neutral summary)
Press coverage describes Fireplace as a professional trading terminal built on top of Polymarket’s prediction markets, with features such as real-time data, wallet and whale tracking, charting and order routing. On 10 August 2026 it announced it was shutting down. According to that coverage, trading was to stop on 15 August, and users had until 30 September 2026 at 23:59 UTC to close positions, withdraw funds, export their accounts or migrate their holdings to Polymarket. The announcement did not give a reason for the closure. Fireplace’s wind-down page describes moving positions and cash to your own Polymarket account. For Fireplace’s current status, check its own channels.

Fireplace and Polyman are different products. Polyman does not offer Fireplace position migration. Polyman is built around one idea: copy trading. If that is what you want, read on.
What Polyman does
Polyman is an app for following top Polymarket traders and copying their trades. You can browse traders ranked by an AI-based score, see their recent trades, and copy them. You can also browse sports, crypto and other markets, and fund your account by card where available.
Polyman is an independent product. Polymarket is a separate company, and its names and marks belong to their owner.
How copy trading works here, in 3 steps
- Pick a trader. Browse the trader list, check their score and recent trades, and choose who to follow.
- Set your size. By default, copies are sized in proportion to your chosen allocation and the followed trader’s trade size. You can instead choose a fixed dollar amount per copied trade, limited by your available balance.
- Copy and monitor. When a followed trader opens a position, it is copied at your size. When they sell, Polyman sells a matching share of your copied position, so exits are mirrored too (very small sells may be skipped). You can review your portfolio at any time.
What to know before you start
- Risk: Prediction-market trades can lose money, including your whole stake. Only use money you can afford to lose.
- Past results are not a promise. A trader’s history, score or ranking does not predict future results, and copied trades can fill at different prices than the original.
- Fees: Per Polyman’s Terms of Service, Polyman charges a platform fee of 1% of the notional value of each trade (applied on both buys and sells, including copy trades). Polymarket and the Polygon network charge their own fees, which Polyman does not control. Fees can change; check the Terms for the current version.
- Card deposits: Card purchases are processed by third-party payment providers. Depending on the provider, your country and the amount, they may ask you to verify your identity (for example with a photo ID) before completing a purchase. Polyman does not process card payments or perform these checks.
- Eligibility: You are responsible for making sure that using Polymarket-related services is permitted where you live. See the Terms of Service.
